Entry procedures:
You are advised to make your way to Zone D of the Short Stay Car where a representative will meet you at your prearranged time. You will be assisted with your luggage and then your car will be driven to a secure compound while you proceed to check in for your flight.
Transfer between car park and terminal building:
This is a Meet and Greet service so transfers are not required.
Exit procedures:
Call the number you were given on your booking confirmation once you have collected your luggage. A driver will meet you at a designated spot with your car.
Security:
Drivers are fully insured and security staff patrol the car park regularly. CCTV is in operation.

Upon arrival at Stansted Airport follow the signs to the Short Stay Car Park and take a ticket from the entry barrier. A member of S.E.P. parking staff will meet you at the covered walkway. Please have your booking confirmation, car park entry ticket and flight details ready.

You are advised to call Stansted Super Parking Meet and Greet ten minutes before you arrive at Stansted Airport to ensure as seamless a service as possible. You will be met by a driver at a designated area outside the terminal building, who will then drive your car to a secure compound while you proceed to check in for your flight.

This is a Meet and Greet service so transfers are not required.
Exit procedures:
Call the number you were given once you have cleared customs and collected your luggage. A driver will be on hand to meet you outside the terminal building with your vehicle.

Entry procedures:
Upon arrival at the car park make your way to the reception office with your booking confirmation reference and car keys. A member of staff will check in your vehicle for you and give you full return instructions.
Transfer between car park and terminal building:
A courtesy transfer shuttle service is in operation between the car park and the terminal building 24 hours a day. Transfer time is approximately twenty minutes.
Exit procedures:
Once you have collected your luggage call Gateway Parking on the number you were given and then make your way to Car Park E where you will be transported back to collect your vehicle.
Security:
The car park is fully secure and staffed 24 hours a day.
