Entry procedures:
When you arrive at the East Midlands Airpark you will need to drive through a barrier and proceed to the area marked Arrival Lane. Once you have parked your vehicle you should then go to the reception desk with your booking confirmation and your car keys and your car will be parked securely for you while you make your way to East Midlands airport terminal.
Transfer between car park and terminal building:
A 24 hour courtesy shuttle services is in operation from the Airpark to the terminal building. Transfer time is approximately eight minutes.
Transfer from terminal to car park:
The courtesy bus stop is situated outside the terminal building. A courtesy phone is provided for transfer requests.
Exit procedures:
Once you have collected your luggage return to the bus stop where you were dropped off and a shuttle service will take you back to the Airpark to collect your vehicle.
Security:
Security staff patrol the car park 24 hours a day and CCTV is in operation. Secure perimeter fencing is also in place.

An Automated Number Plate Registration system is in place at East Midlands Car Park 6. Upon arrival at the car park your registration number will be read automatically and a ticket issued.
Transfer between car park and terminal building:
A courtesy transfer service is in operation between the car park and the terminal building 24 hours a day. Transfer time is approximately six minutes.
Exit procedures:
Once you have arrived back from your trip and collected your luggage you should proceed to the shuttle service stop where you will be transferred back to the car park. Please make sure to have your ticket with you.
