London City Airport Executive Chauffeur Ltd (ECP) Information
Entry procedures:
An ECP chauffeur will meet you outside the terminal building and will drive your vehicle to a secure compound while you check in for your flight. You are advised to call the number you were given on your booking confirmation at least ten minutes before you arrive at London City Airport to ensure a seamless service.
Transfer between car park and terminal building:
This is a Meet and Greet service so transfers are not required.
Transfer from terminal to car park:
The courtesy bus stop is situated outside the terminal building. A courtesy phone is provided for transfer requests.
Exit procedures:
Once you have collected your luggage please call you're the driver on the number you were given, your car will be waiting for you outside the terminal building.
Security:
Security staff regularly patrol the car park and CCTV is in operation. Secure perimeter fencing is in place.

When you arrive at the Short Stay car park please drive up to the entry barrier and take a ticket. You are advised to keep this in a safe place as you will need it on your return.
Transfer between car park and terminal building:
Transfers are not required as the car park is situated just a few minutes walk from the terminal building.
Exit procedures:
Once you have collected your luggage please take your booking confirmation and your parking ticket to the information kiosk which is situated inside the terminal building. Your ticket will be validated by a member of staff and then you can then proceed to collect your vehicle.
Security:
The car park benefits from secure controlled barriers and CCTV is in operation.
Facilities for Blue Badge holders and passengers with reduced mobility:
Designated Blue Bade parking bays are available. Please make your needs known when booking.

Upon arrival at London City Airport please make your way to the Valet Parking Zone where a driver will be on hand to meet you. The valet will then park your car in a secure compound while you check in for your flight. Please make sure you have your booking confirmation and flight details ready for the driver.
